Galena Graphics works to communicate clearly and effectively with clients throughout a project.
We begin with a creative brief, where the goals of the project are identified. We then nail down the following details: company industry, brand guidelines, your target audience, type of final design product, project timeline, examples of similar projects that you like, and budget.
The designer then hits the ground running, researching your brand’s audience, competitor’s tactics, and relevant industry trends. We generate 3-5 designs and present them to the client to choose from and move forward with.
Once a design has been chosen, Galena Graphics provides three stages of check-in with the client, including:
Initial: Provide client with a outline of the final product, wherein client can provide comments and feedback on direction.
Mid-way: Direction of the project is clear and on track to completion. Determine if vision is being achieved.
Final: Project files are presented and delivered.
Complete: Polishing design tweaks where needed. Project is done and ready to launch!
